This Privacy Policy explains how Keyten Technologies ("ZOUK," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit zouk.agency (the "Site") or contact us. ZOUK provides technology and product services and operates globally from India.

1. Information we collect
We keep data collection minimal. We collect:
Information you give us directly. When you submit our contact form, we collect the details you provide — typically your name, email address, company, and the contents of your message. We use this only to respond to you and to follow up about a possible engagement.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, basic analytics tools collect standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, referring source, and time spent on pages. This is aggregate, behavior-level data used to understand how the Site is used and to improve it. We operate from India and work with clients and providers globally. Your information may be processed in countries other than your own, including India, which may have different data-protection laws. Where required, we put appropriate safeguards in place for such transfers (for example, Standard Contractual Clauses for transfers subject to GDPR).

We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law.
For residents of India (DPDP Act, 2023): you have the right to access, correction, and erasure of your personal data, the right to grievance redressal, and the right to nominate another individual to exercise your rights in the event of death or incapacity.

9. Data security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information against loss, misuse, and unauthorized access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Children's privacy
The Site is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party sites and our social profiles ([@zoukdesign] on X and Instagram, and our LinkedIn page). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites; review their policies separately.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the "Last updated" date above, and material changes will be reflected on this page.
